Accessing Permits Under One Account


To quickly see and access the permits under a specific resident. First, search for the resident by name or address in the search bar:



Once you have located the resident, select the Grey Number under the Number of Permits section of the table:



This will provide a complete list of every permit this resident has ever had:



Additionally, Staff will be able to see if each account has a valid permit and when it is set to expire from the Manage Accounts view:


From here, Staff can send quick reminders to residents who do not have valid permits by selecting the Send Reminder Email.
