Action Buttons


Regenerating Licences 

Staff will want to regenerate permits whenever there has been a change to the payment status of that licence.

Changing Payment Status 


Staff may be asked to take payment from residents in person should the resident prefer to pay with cash or cheque. The staff member will be able to change the status of the licence from the Browse Licences window.

Just search for the licence or resident and select the Change Payment Status button . A pop-up will appear where the payment status can be changed.


After selecting the appropriate payment status, select Save.

There is also the ability to Send Reminders for payment should a resident apply for the licence online but not complete the payment process. Select the Change Payment Status button  to show the pop-up window. Next select the Send Reminder Email:




Viewing Licence PDF 


If the resident wishes to receive their proof of licence, staff are able to print off the Licence PDF. Alternatively, the resident applying for the licence will also have access to the Licence PDF from their account on the public website and through their email. 

When staff select  they are re-directed to another window where they can print the PDF:


Adding Notes 


To add notes to a specific licence in order to increase the communication between Staff, select the Notes button on the specific permit A pop-up will appear where you can see, edit or delete previous notes or add new notes:


To add a note, type the note in the text box and select whether it is an Account Wide or Licence Specific note:

If there are multiple licences and you wish to leave a note on only one, find the [Selected Licence] option to make sure you are on the correct licence. Then select Add Note followed by Save.

Once a note has been added to a specific permit or account, Staff will see a notification icon attached to the Note button.


After notes are added to licences/accounts, Staff will be able to see all updates or important concerns related to that user or that particular licence:

** Residents will not see any notes that have been added to their account or licence.
