Staff will want to regenerate permits whenever there has been a change to the status of that permit (as explained in the Editing Permits section above on Pages 4/5).
** Residents will NOT see any notes that have been added to their account or permit.
To add a note, type the note in the text box and select whether it is Account Wide or Permit Specific:
Once a note
has been added to a specific permit, Staff will see a notification icon
attached to the Note button.
