To add a new address, fill in the information on the right side of the screen:
Once the information is in place, select Save. The map will change to the correct location of the address.
If the fields are already filled in when you access the Manage Accounts page, select +New… button to add a new address.
To continue adding a preplan document, head back to the Preplans page and select +New Preplan:
A pop-up will appear where you can search for the address and add any notes you wish before Saving:
Once you have saved the new Preplan Address, head to the List View to locate that address and select the yellow List button:
Once you select this button, both the address will appear on the right and the +Upload File button will illuminate:
Select the +Upload File button to display another pop-up where you can add a file from your computer:
From the pop-up window, you will be able to confirm you are adding for the proper address. To add a file, select Add Files to add a file from your computer.
Once you have select the appropriate file, it will appear in the pop-up and the Start Upload will illuminate. Press Start Upload:
As soon as you select, Start Upload the file will be uploaded to the system and associated to that address:
This will display a pop-up where you will be able to see the document:
From this window, you will be able to download and print off the document.
However, the document will only show in this window if it is uploaded as a PDF. If it is a work document that is uploaded, the window will provide you with the option to download the document.
Here you will be able to add a note to the address, delete the old document, add a new preplan document to replace the old one, or delete the address completely.
Again, the system will ask for confirmation, select OK.
