Browse Permits - Overview



  1.  Quick view of permits created Today, This Month, and This Year.
  2. Sort permits by date range or based on status.
  3. Pending Permits Banner – click to filter all permits to those that require your attention.
  4. Search bar – search based on resident or permit number.
  5. Change the status of the permit:
    1. Rejected
    2. Approved
    3. Revoked
    4. Void
  6. Quick link to the downloadable view of the permit.
  7. Quick link to the record of permits for that particular user/account.
  8. Quick link to the permit holder’s account.
  9. Quick link to the terms and conditions of that particular permit.
  10. Validity Dates of the permit.
  11. Status of the permit.
    1. In the case of an unpaid permit, select the  button to bring up a pop-up where you can send a reminder email to pay along with changing the payment status.
  12. Action buttons – regenerate permits, change the payment status, add notes.
