Burn History


Overview



  1. Quick snapshot of all the recent burn activations. Highlighting the active burns happening Now, Today (24hr period), This Month and This Year. 
  2. Date Range – quickly choose a date range to show all permits within that given time frame.
  3. Map or Table View – Quickly toggle between the view of all previous burns on a Map View or Table View.
  4. Map – Staff can switch the type of map displayed. The options are:
    1. Standard Google Maps
    2. Hybrid
    3. Street
    4. Topo
  5. Display of Burns over Selected Time Frame – this is a quick display of all the active burns in your municipal boundaries during the timeframe selected.
    1. Staff can gain a quick view of the burn history of a specific location by clicking on the flame.

Table View


By selecting the Table View of the Burn History page, Staff will be able to see the complete record of all burn registration over the selected date range.

The table will give the Permit Holder’s Name, the Actual Permit Identifier, the Date and Time of the activation and the Risk Level that was in place at the time of the Resident’s call.




Quick User Look-Up


 

For the Table View, it shows the same information in table format. In order to quickly find a specific resident, use the Search Bar on the right. Search either the resident’s name or the permit number in question:
