Callout Reports

Callout Reports

To access a Callout report, two things need to happen:

  1. There must be at least two members of the agency that indicated they were responding from within the app and,
  2. There must be a dispatch message.

The reason that these two criteria must be met is because some members accidentally hit either the responding to hall or scene buttons. These two criteria prevent callout reports from being created for non-incident events.

A Callout Report is a report that shows which members of the organization received the alert via the app or text message, when members open the app and when the member selects responding.

These reports will also display any chat messages sent through the app.

The Callouts page will provide all the incidents for which a report is generated that you can search for by call type or based on Date Range:

  1. Search for a specific Callout Report based on Date Range or Call Type.
    1. To search based on Call Type, enter “Fire” into the search bar to pull up all fire incidents.
  2. The Call Type will be highlights via icon – these can be changed (see Change Icon below).
  3. Incident Start and End Times.
  4. Last Activity – time stamp of the last activity during the incident made within the app. Typically, this will be the last person to either open the app or hit responding before the incident timer is out.
  5. High level breakdown of responders, dispatch message and text messages.
    1. Quick view of how many members hit responding, the number of dispatch messages sent and the number of text messages delivered.
  6. Action buttons – access to the print out of the Callout Report, Re-send the Callout Report Email and Change Call Type Icon.

  2. Quick toggle to narrow the information shown on the report (i.e., only show responses and logins).
  3. See the name of the member that received the alert, opened the app, sent a message or pressed responding.
  4. See the dispatch message that each member received and if the alert was received.
  5. See when the member opens the app during the incident callout.
  6. See when members are pressing responding.

All entries into the Callout Report are timestamped on the right hand side of the report.

Email Report

To have the Report sent via email to someone, we first need to have that person’s account set up to receive the report. Head to the Manage Users > Edit Users section and select the blue pencil on the individual you would like to receive the report:

Next, select the check box next to Response Report in the member’s account:

Then, head back to the Callout section and select the green letter button:

This will automatically send the report to the individuals with the Response Report permission.

Changing the Call Type Icon

To change the Call Type Icon, select the yellow gears button:

A pop-up will appear with all the icon options to choose from:

Once you have selected the icon to fit the incident, hit Save.
