Editing/Adding Phone Numbers
Staff can
quickly edit and add phone numbers to resident’s accounts. It is important to
have this information be accurate because the phone system requires that the
resident input the phone number associated to their account. If they enter a
different phone number or a phone number not listed in this section, it will
not be recognized by the call-in system and automated phone attendant,
therefore it will not register their intent to burn.
To edit/add
a phone number on an account, select the account’s phone number. A pop-up will
appear:
In this
window, staff can add additional phone numbers, set one of them to be the
primary number and associate each of them to a particular person, should that
person wish to “whitelist” their number. If a person “whitelists” their number,
the next time they call to register their burn, the automated attendant will
call them by their first name.
