Manually Creating Accounts & Licences
If creating
a licence for a resident who is applying/paying in person (“Walk-ins”):
- Create the account and licence on the Web-Based Control Panel.
This will ensure that there is One account/licence holder.
- DO NOT create permits for residents through
the public website using the same login information/email address every time
(“Master Login/Account”). This will create multiple permits under one account
and the system WILL NOT activate
their permit/register their burn when they go to call in.
Creating Kennel
Licences
To create a kennel licence for a resident the only difference
will be the information that you enter on the licence application. For example,
when we select the kennel licence option the pop-up will provide fields where
you can enter the appropriate information depending on the information that
your municipality requires:
