Quick Access to Permit
Accessing Downloadable Permit
To access
the downloadable copy of the permit for a specific resident select the Permit
Identifier:
A new window will open displaying the permit that has been issued to the resident. From that window, you can print or copy the link to give to the resident should they wish to receive a hardcopy from the department/town office.
Accessing
Resident’s Permits
To
access a resident’s permits from the Browse Permits page, select their name
under the Issued To section of the table:
This will take you to another page where you will be able to see any permit this resident has ever applied for or purchased along with the status of each permit:
Accessing Permit Holder’s Account
To quickly
access a specific permit holder’s account without using the search bar, select
the address associated to the permit:
This will
take you to the Manage Accounts page for that particular resident. (See more in
the Manage Accounts section of this manual starting on pp. 19).
Accessing Terms & Conditions Pop-Up
To quickly
access the Terms & Conditions that a certain resident has agreed to click
on the permit name under the Permit Type section of the table:
This will
open a pop-up highlighting the Terms and Conditions set out for that particular
permit type:
