Reports

Reports

The reports section will give you a quick access look at all residents who have previously had permits but not renewed them for the new year or for those residents who have not yet paid.

These pages allow the administrator to quickly send out mass reminders to those residents via email to either renew their permits or to pay for the ones they have already applied for.

Note: these pages are for mass notifications, if you wish to send a handful of reminders to specific users, this can still be done in the browse permits (pp. 2) and manage accounts (pp. 30) sections.

Report Log:

  1. Unsubscribed Users – this is a list of all users not set up to receive reminders/notifications for expired or unpaid permits. This is only for Mass Reminders for expired/unpaid permits.
  2. Quick snapshot of all residents alerted today, this month, this year and your Credit Balance.
  3. Subscribed Users – this is a list of all users set up to receive reminders/notifications for expired or unpaid permits.
    1. This is also where you can unsubscribe users from receiving reminders
  4. Name – the resident who is receiving the reminder. If you select their name, the system will link you to the permits under that account.
  5. Timestamp – the date and time that the email was sent.
  6. Eml – if there is a green check-mark in this column it signals that the email has been delivered.
  7. Email Subject – the subject of the email – letting you know what email reminder they received.
  8. Credits used – credits are charged for emails sent out for the Renew Permit reminders.
    1.  Credits are not charged for the reminder to pay email, as the credits are taken into consideration when the permit is created in the first place.

Expired Permits:

A pop-up will appear where it will confirm who is receiving the reminders. To view all residents that will be receiving the reminder select the View All button.

A list of residents will appear. In this list, you have the option to unsubscribe a specific user from the list.

After closing the View Recipients window, the original pop-up will give you the credit cost breakdown for you to confirm before pressing

Unpaid Permits:
