How to Change the Risk Level? 



  1. Send Risk Level Alert – send a risk level alert without changing the risk level. This can be used for other messages such as reminders to purchase permits or in the case of an emergency requiring action from residents.
  2. Changing the Risk Level
    1. Click the drop down button to reveal all of the risk levels you have in the system.
    2. Select the risk level you wish to have presented to residents on both the public facing website and the automated call-in system
  3. Alert Residents of the Change in Risk Level
    1. After selecting the risk level you wish to be presented to residents, you will be presented with two options:
      1. OK = send the change in risk level to all permit holders via notification method(s) that they selected.
      2. Cancel = Do not send the change in risk level.
  4. Record of Change in Risk Level – complete record of every time the risk level has changed.
