Edit Risk Levels

Edit Risk Levels

In this section, you will be able to Edit the Name, Description, Colour and Ban Status for each Risk Level.

You can have as many or as little Risk Level Statuses as you would like.

To Edit the Name of the Risk Level, simply click anywhere in the text box of the Risk Level Name that you wish to change. You can then make the changes necessary:

To Edit the Description of the Risk Level, click in the larger box below the Title and you will be able to begin entering the information required:

To Edit the Colour of the Risk Level, select the colour box to the right of the risk level in question. This will pull up a colour wheel where you will be able customize the colour:

To Edit the Ban Settings, select the 'Ban Settings' button on the left-hand side. This will pull up the Ban Settings to assign to the risk level.

Here you can choose to assign a 'Burn Ban' or 'No Burn Ban'. The blue dot will indicate the choice you have made for that risk level.

If you select 'Burn Ban' more options will appear. You will be able to choose a 'Total Ban', meaning that when this risk level status is in set for the website, it will communicate to residents that a total burn ban is in place and will not let residents register their burns.

If you Ban a specific permit type, it will be like a partial burn ban where specific types are burning are prevented from being registered:

Once you have finalized all the changes made, be sure to select "SAVE"!
