Accessing Licences Under One Account


To quickly see and access the licences under a specific resident. First, search for the resident by name or address in the search bar:


Once you have located the resident, select the Grey Number under the Number of Licences section of the table:


This will provide a complete list of every licence this resident has ever had:


Additionally, from the Manage Accounts window, Staff will be able to see if each account has a valid licence and when it is set to expire:


From the Send Reminder Email button, Staff can send quick reminders to residents who do not have a valid licence.
