Call Log – Overview





  1. Quick snap shot of the call history for Today, This Month and This Year. Also, it provides an up-to-date credit balance for BurnPermits.com. 
  2. Blocked Numbers – this provides a list of all the residents that have been blocked from calling into the system to register their burns – typically due to a violation of the permit’s terms and conditions.
  3. Filter the information shown in the table by date.
  4. Call Map – pop up of a map showing all the calls made to the system over a custom period of time.
  5. Caller ID – the caller’s name will appear in this field of the table. From this point, Staff can click on the callers name to pull up all permits associated with that person.
    1. Additionally, the risk level at the time the person called into the system will be associated to their name.
  6. Call Address – when the user properly completes the burn registration, their address will appear in this column. Staff can select the address to pull up the complete burn history of that user/address.
  7. Blocking numbers – a small X will appear next to the number of some callers. This will allow you to block the number of that user so you do not waste credits.
  8. Credit costs – each call made into the call-in system is worth 1 credit. This column just confirms the usage.
